Terms of Service
Cobble is currently in alpha testing on Solana mainnet beta. This application uses real cryptocurrency and real funds. During the alpha period, bugs or unexpected behavior may result in the loss of funds. While we will never profit from a bug, we cannot recover funds that have been transferred to other users through normal gameplay. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you are participating in an alpha test at your own risk and that fund loss, while unlikely, is possible.
By accessing, using, or playing Cobble (the "App"), you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cobble ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cobble. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in competitive gaming with cryptocurrency wagering in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, wallet keys, seed phrases, and any activity that occurs under your account. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys. Cobble is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
You should disconnect your wallet when using shared devices.
3.1 Player vs Player (vs_player): Cobble offers optional wagered matches where players stake cryptocurrency (SOL, USDC, or SKR) against real opponents. All wagers are processed on the Solana blockchain and are subject to network fees and confirmation times.
3.2 Player vs History (vs_history): Players may wager SKR tokens against historical game records from the game pool. vs History bets use SKR tokens exclusively.
3.3 Platform Fee: A 10% platform fee is applied to all wagered match settlements. 50% of all fees fund the vs History betting pool.
3.4 No Refunds on Completed Matches: Once a wagered match begins, bets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Match results are final and determined by server-authoritative scoring. Refunds are only issued for cancelled matches that never started.
3.5 Transaction Finality: All blockchain transactions (deposits, payouts, refunds) are processed on the Solana network and are irreversible once confirmed. We are not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses or failed due to network conditions.
3.6 No Guarantee of Winnings: Cobble does not guarantee winnings, match outcomes, or the value of any cryptocurrency.
Cobble monitors gameplay during wagered matches using anonymized swipe telemetry analysis to detect automated or bot-like behavior. If unusual activity is detected, bets may be held in escrow pending review.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wagers, and permanent ban.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Solana wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys.
Authentication is performed via cryptographic signature (Seed Vault, Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter, or Privy embedded wallet). Session tokens are generated for seamless gameplay and expire automatically.
All game assets, code, artwork, sound effects, and branding are the property of Cobble and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Your use of the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.1 The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App or its blockchain interactions. Network congestion, smart contract issues, or third-party service failures may affect gameplay and token operations.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of tokens, data, or profits arising from your use of the App.
7.4 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of tokens you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cobble, its creators, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination for abuse or fraud, any unsettled wagers may be forfeited.
You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
